Terms and Conditions These are our terms and conditions for purchases from this website or via post.
Dispatch 1. We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. All our prints and frames are handmade in Wales to order by skilled craftspeople, please allow upto 15 working days. Please contact us if you require items for a specific date and we will do our very best.
General 1.We reserve the right to cancel an order up to the point of delivery. 2.By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions. By completing and submitting the electronic order form (or proceeding through the ‘checkout process’) you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Neither submitting an electronic order form or completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order.
Postage and packaging 1. Postage and packaging quoted applies to delivery to all mainland UK addresses. For all other shipping destinations please contact us for a quote. 2. All items are posted via Royal Mail or courier. We cannot accept responsibility for the delay of goods due to industrial action, courier delay or bad weather. 3. If you are at all unhappy with any item please inform us within 14 days of receiving your item. We are happy to exchange or refund items that are not exactly to your liking. We will of course refund or replace any items that are damaged or faulty. Any items needing to be returned are done so at your own expense. Postage will be reimbursed with the refund of defective on their return. Sorry we cannot accept responsibility for the loss of returned items to us.
